Yes, HSA/FSA funds can be used on Elm products through our partner, Truemed.

• One-time purchase: Select Truemed – Pay with HSA/FSA at checkout, complete the quick health survey, and a licensed provider will review for eligibility. If approved, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1–2 days, included in your purchase price.
• Subscriptions: Pay normally at checkout. After purchase, use the Truemed survey link in your confirmation screen or receipt email. If eligible, you’ll get your LMN within 1–2 days, and reimbursements are typically paid out within 2–4 weeks.
